Yes yes, I know it's April Fool's Day. No, I don't have any pranks for you.

I lie and joke my way through so much of the year that it's hard to get fired up about a day like today. Remember all those times I said I would update this website? Weren't those hilarious? Don't worry, I've been "working hard" on that lately.

Speaking of things you've been waiting forever for, it looks like the Oculus Rift finally started shipping, as did the Microsoft HoloLens dev kit. It is a truly exciting time to be a VR developer. Let me rephrase that... it is a truly exciting time to be a VR developer with the resources to purchase and run these devices.

I hope to get my hands on one or both of these soon enough. It would be nice to move some of my projects from the prototype stage to completion.

Today's comic was almost about that subject, but I've done enough blabbing about VR lately. If you really want to see some webcomics on the subject, check out today's Molly Beans or Wednesday's RGBros. They're both worth the clicks.
