The greatest compliment I ever received from a member management was that they thought of me as a problem solver. You’d think it would be something about my nice shoes, my fancy hair, or my crooked smile... but nope, it was that problem thing.

In retrospect, my boss may not have used the word “solver”, but that’s how I choose to remember it.
