Today is a double poopie kinda day (not the way you're thinking).

First thing in the morning, I stepped in poopie. While attempting to scrape that shoe in the grass, I managed to step in more poopie with the other foot.

If there's one thing I learned in grade school, it's that two negatives make a positive. I know it's hard to believe, but my day DID get better after the morning squishies.

If I had any doubt my day was improving, it's disappeared as I get to write to YOU, my wonderful readers. How could my day get any more positive than that?

So with that delightful and confusing buildup, with all eyes on me (a lot of people have been staring at me and my feet today), I sadly don't have too much excitement to report in Jeffland. Just working and plotting.

I'm slowly getting a few major projects out of the way, leaving slightly more time than usual for comic goodness. That's about it. To clarify, this means I've been spending my time reading other online comics, not writing my own.

A couple days ago, I had the pleasure acceptable experience of speaking with Tobey from King of Slackers for the very first time. That's something. It was very cool to finally talk. Like most people, he sounds exactly like his webcomic character looks: less handsome than me.

Tobey lives in Sweden. It's not every day I get to speak to people 1/3 of the way around the globe. He was on a train and I was walking around in my yard. It made me feel like I was living in the future... right up until I stepped in poopie. Yes, I did it that day, too. I should probably watch where I step.
