Aaaaand I’m bed-ridden.

As a ploy to steal readers from the comic Ow! My Knees!, I’ve decided to give my knee a nice little twist this week. I’m not quite sure what happened. One minute, I was walking fine, the next, I had a limp... oh, and pain... loooooots of pain. I can neither confirm nor deny the events of today’s comic.

I decided to see a doctor. When he stopped pushing me over to watch me fall, he told me to stay off the leg, ice it, and elevate it. This has resulted in some incredibly uncomfortable laziness. If you ever decide to be lazy, skip the uncomfortable part.

I haven’t been super productive, but I did manage to do some comic-related stuff from bed. During my forced hiatus from work, I have FINALLY begun playing around with trial versions of some animation software. I’m still a long way from animating a Don't Hit Save comic, but slow progress is better than no progress. It may be many months or more away, yet I’m super excited about moving into animation. So that’s my week. Hopefully, I’ll be up and about in the next day or so. For now, I’m trying to limit my whining to 10-12 hours a day. That means I should probably quit this news now while I’m ahead.
