Too Many Conversations This Week

June 6, 2020 - News Post

Like many of you, I spent the entire week watching video after video after video of police viciously attacking minorities, unarmed peaceful protesters, bystanders, and members of the press. Again and again and again.

I don’t expect a webcomic to sway anyone’s opinion. So if you’re on the fence about who's right and who's wrong... if you kinda feel like there are equal problems on both sides... please take some time out of your day to randomly scroll through what is trending on Twitter this week. Hop around a little. Watch the protests. Watch the VIDEOS (be aware that some videos are incredibly graphic).

I know that Twitter doesn't allow for nuanced conversation. It does, however, have a great deal of raw, unedited footage of protests and the police response to those protests. It can be uncomfortable to watch, but it is important.

That’s it for today. I’m truly struggling to find words, and I’d rather let the evidence do the talking. I’m sad, outraged, and disappointed with our nation’s leaders and police... I wish I could say I was surprised.

Stay safe.
