Sometimes I write these jokes into my phone, sometimes my phone writes them for me.

As an adult who is out of school, I can count on one hand the number of times I have needed to spell out the word comma, yet without fail, my phone insists that I would rather speak about punctuation than use it in a sentence.

So how was everyone's weekend? I spent the entire time barely staying afloat while working on contract work. I finished what I needed to, but a wise person would have relaxed and enjoyed themself. I am not that wise, and it seemed a little creepy to enjoy "myself."

I don't have much else to report. I spent every waking moment since Friday sitting in front of the computer, and I don't want to bore you with that. Believe me, it IS boring.

My family and co-workers, sure... Those poor people will get the full story in mind-numbing detail, but not you. You're too good for that.

You're better than them.

Yes. You are.
