Has everyone been reading the re-release of Dr. Lobster?
Good. Reproducing old comics is a lot easier than writing new ones.
Don’t care about other comics? That’s fine. The newsposts over there focus a little more of the historical/nostalgic variety (as opposed to the modern doom and gloom over here). I’m sure you’ll fall in love with the news. I’m honestly not sure how long trips down memory lane will continue, but it’s nice until I run out of stories.
For those of you with no idea what I’m talking about... I probably should’ve explained earlier. I co-created a comic 20 freaking years ago. I’m now remastering one old comic at a time in HD quality. It’s a pain, but you’re worth it.
If you haven't clicked over to that site yet, I do have a quick question for you. How would you readers feel if I started to move more content under the same roof? I’m not necessarily going to put Dr. Lobster comics on a Don’t Hit Save website, but I would like to create a few future projects as well. The more websites I have to maintain, the less time I have to generate content.
Would you guys freak out if I combined everything under a single social media account? Would you even notice? Do you even follow me in the first place?
(I’m genuinely asking... I am almost as bad with checking/updating social media as I am at responding to your emails)
We’re talking distant future here. But I’m curious how everyone would feel about that. I spent a long time creating the “brand” of Don’t Hit Save. I don’t want to throw that away. I also don’t want to limit myself more than I have to.
Gimme your opinion. This should definitely be your TOP priority this week.
Thanks!
